Our story
Why we do this
Like many of our customers, our founder faced real decluttering challenges and started this business as a solution, not just a service.
AllStarr Solutions was founded on firsthand experience with the stress of a messy garage or a dusty attic, and that perspective drives everything we do. We know what it feels like to stare at a problem that is too big, too heavy, or too overwhelming to handle alone, and what a relief it is when someone finally shows up who can take care of it.
Today Ron Starr and his family run the operation out of Newberg, serving homeowners, contractors and businesses across the Willamette Valley. We deliberately built the business around the jobs other companies turn down: RVs that do not run, boats nobody will recycle, hot tubs that weigh half a ton, safes wedged into tight corners, and full property cleanouts that need far more than a pickup truck.
Every job is an opportunity to provide peace of mind. That is the standard, on every load, at every address.

The specialty
Why the heavy stuff?
Because nobody else wants it. In Ron’s words: RV removal and disposal takes more than just a tow company. Automotive wrecking yards will not take an old RV because most of what an RV or camper is made of is not resellable or recyclable. Same with a scrap yard. With so little recyclable material, most scrap yards will only take the chassis and running gear, and some will not take anything RV related at all.
So the units have to be demolished, and the non-recyclable volume runs about 1 to 1.5 cubic yards per foot of RV, all of it bound for the landfill. Holding tanks are usually full and have to be dumped at a station first. Abandoned campers are often occupied and left full of debris, which attracts rodents and can be treated as a biohazard depending on conditions inside.
That leaves homeowners and city officials with nowhere to turn, so the units just sit, degrading in place or parked on public streets until they become a safety issue. We invested in the trailers, winches and equipment to be the crew that can say yes. It is the hardest part of this work, and the part we are proudest of.
