Tow companies will not take an old RV. Wrecking yards will not either, because most of what a camper is built from cannot be resold or recycled. Scrap yards will usually take only the chassis and running gear, and plenty of them refuse anything RV related outright.
That leaves homeowners, landlords and city officials with nowhere to turn, so the unit just sits there degrading. We built this part of our business specifically to solve that problem. An RV has to be demolished, and the non-recyclable volume runs roughly 1 to 1.5 cubic yards per foot of length, all of which has to go to the landfill. Holding tanks usually need dumping at a station first. Abandoned units are often full of debris and, depending on the conditions inside, treated as a biohazard.
We handle all of it: the assessment, the winching, the debris, the tanks, the disposal, and the paperwork side of doing it within Oregon regulations.

What if the RV has flat tires or will not roll?
That is the normal condition of the units we take. We use equipment that lifts or drags a non-functional RV onto a hauling trailer, so it does not need to be drivable or towable.
Can you get to it if access is tight or sloped?
Usually yes. Our crew uses positioning techniques and winches built for difficult terrain, tight side yards and sloped lots.
What happens to the RV after you take it?
Units are transported to a disposal facility where they are dismantled. Recyclable material is separated out, and the remainder is landfilled according to Oregon regulations.
Do I need to clean it out first?
No. Removing personal items and accumulated debris from inside is part of the service.
When is the best time to schedule?
We work year round, though late spring through early fall gives us better ground conditions on soft or unpaved access routes.
