Demolition

What this actually involves

Plenty of contractors will demolish something and leave the debris where it lands. Then you need a second company, a dumpster, or both.

We do the teardown and the haul-off as one job. The structure comes down, the site gets cleared, and the material leaves on our trailer the same visit wherever the scale of the job allows.

Because heavy hauling is already our specialty, the demolition debris is never the problem. Steel, concrete, framing lumber and roofing all load onto equipment built to carry them.

If it’s heavy and it needs moved or removed, call now! Call (503) 341-3039 for a free estimate, any hour of the day.

Questions

Demolition questions we get

Do you haul the debris away too?

Yes, and that is the point of using us. Teardown and haul-off happen together instead of leaving you to arrange a dumpster.

Can a shed be moved instead of demolished?

Often, yes. We have relocated sheds across a yard intact. If the structure is sound and access allows it, moving is worth considering before tearing it down.

Do you do partial or interior demolition?

Yes. Interior tear-out ahead of a remodel is common, and we can schedule ongoing debris hauling as the project continues.
